This package has been created with you in mind

Included in the package:

  • We are adding our Advanced Fundamentals Programme to the start of the training - which will give you an extremely solid foundation before beginning the 200hr Teacher Training in September. You will have access to the Fundamental videos for 12 months, which will give you additional support for your teacher training.

  • To further support your learning we are including access to Laura’s classes (either in person or online) for the 6 months of the Advanced Fundamentals Programme.

  • As a bonus, we are offering you €276 off our Beach Retreat in February 2023

Certification:

  • You will graduate in September with 260hr Internationally recognized Teacher Training.

  • Both Aruna Yoga Acadamy and Yoga Alliance Profesionals certify this program.

  • You will be able to use the 60 hours as credit towards your 300-hour training should you choose to do that with us in the future.

Advanced Fundamentals

This 60-hour training over 4 months combines videos from Lesley Kaminoff & Amy Matthews, international bestselling authors with 4 in-person full-day workshops with Laura Wynne.

Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training Level 1

This 200-hour blended training is one of the original embodied, somatic, trama-sensitive teacher training available in Ireland, Over the 10 months you work with Laura Wynne and Mary Farelly you will dive deeply into all aspects of yoga and meditation, learning about the science and art of yoga, and most importantly learning about yourself.

Bonus - 6 Months of Weekly Yoga Classes With Laura

In-person or online, join Laura to experience embodied yoga for yourself in a group class setting, Learn more about yourself, and see the teaching of embodied somatic yoga modeled. 1.15 hours per week from January to June.

Optional February Beach Retreat

One of my favorite things to do …. Take a pause at this wonderful center.. with your own ensuite room, direct access to a long beautiful sandy beach, wonderful food made for you - with no washing up - and that is all before we mention the yoga meditation and the amazing people who join us. … not to be missed
