How it all started.
Hi, My name is Judy. I started this journey about 19 years ago when I was working 18-hour days with very little reward, I burned out! One day I took a step back and had a look at my life and thought about a way of enjoying my work life and finding a way for it not to completely take over. So I quit my job and went back to college, I studied Beauty Therapy and went on to have a successful Beauty Salon, from there I decided that my passion was for more Holistic therapies so I concentrated on improving my Massage skills and went on to achieve Diplomas in Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
My Yoga journey started about 10 years ago when I began attending yoga classes and found that it helped me on all levels, physically, mentally and emotionally. So it seemed like the natural progression to explore this more, yoga is so much more than being able to do poses. I am excited to have the opportunity to invite anyone who would like to rediscover themselves and become more aware of their body regardless of shape, size, or bendy ability, and join me for my classes. I will be concentrating on reconnecting with the body and taking the time to slow down.
