Transferring your Spiritual Practice to the Economic World Ethically

So you're thinking about becoming a yoga teacher or you're a newly qualified yoga teacher & have spent a lot of time getting your qualification where you looked at poses, anatomy & maybe philosophy & meditation.  Now as a functioning, full time yoga professional or at least in the time you're spending as a yoga professional, suddenly you realise that there is so much more that you need to do.

You can turn up & teach a class, but unless you've been employed to do that by somebody else, you also have to fill & advertise that class.

And so this is where the 80/20 rule comes in...... The acutal teaching part of being a yoga teacher will only be about 20% of your time - I kid you not.  I have being doing this for a number of years & it is only about 20% of your time.  It is the cream on the top!

The other 80% of the time is absolutely about upskilling, training & learning, but also about marketing, sales, accounts, bookings, booking venues etc....  And most importantly looking after your clients.

Having spent 200 hours looking at the 20% of your investment, what have you done for the other 80%?

Our aim is not to teach. It is to support our students inquire and to discover it within themselves
