We use momo yoga platform to manage our class bookings.

To book your spot in our class you simply need to:

  1. Click on the class image or button below

  2. Make an account

  3. Put in your details

See you on the mat :)

 
 

Common Questions

  • Don't worry, you can still get your yoga fix!

    You can attend any other class during the month

    .

    To do this:

    1. Log in to momo 24 hrs in advance of the class you can't make

    2. Cancel the class you cannot make (this will add the class credit back to your account)

    3. Book your new class within the month using class credits

  • Yes absolutely! All of our classes are beginner (and all levels) friendly so pick a time that suits you

  • Yourself! We have mats, props and everything you need.

    Wear clothes you are comfortable in and can move in (leggings and a t-shirt are common but whatever you are comfortable in)

    Just a note, we have a no phones policy in the studio so we ask that you leave it in the lobby with your shoes or even in your car

  • Yes there is free parking on site.

    We ask that you park on both sides of the driveway.

    We have two gates (an entry & exit) so there is no need to turn around when you arrive. Think of it like a ferry :)

  • Aruna Yoga Studio is located in the beautiful tranquil countryside but is only minutes from Maynooth, Clane, Prosperous and Kilcock.

    We are located at the end of a mile long country lane giving you the perfect opportunity to start unwinding on the drive down

  • Yes absolutely, we all have one of “those days” sometimes. Don’t worry if you are running a few minutes late, you are more than welcome to join us in class.

    We do ask however that you come in quietly and find a mat so as not to disrupt the flow of the class. Feel free to take a minute to settle yourself before following the teacher.

  • Yes. Let your teacher know at the beginning of class so that they are aware and can offer adjustments where relevant.

    Aruna’s teachers are highly skilled and will be able to support you gain the benefits of yoga safely.

    If you have recently had surgery or a more serious condition it is important that a doctor has cleared you to attend yoga.
