Denise Brady is a menopause specialist who offers a mini retreat especially designed for women approaching the menopause or in the peri-menopausal stage of life.

Not only does yoga help to make the physical and mental symptoms of the menopause easier to cope with, it also offers a sense of empowerment and a supportive community to help with the emotional side of things.

This specialist mini retreat will help you understand how yoga and meditation can support menopause and utilise different postures to stimulate the endocrine systems and relax the nervous system as well as improving sleep quality.

Participants will also receive a free Menopause handout to discuss the challenges women face during this transition and how yoga and meditation can address these challenges

During the mini retreat you will…

  • Be guided through a yoga practise designed to support those around menopause

  • Be guided through meditation and breath to support menopausal symptoms

  • Discuss some things you can do in your daily life to support you through the process

  • Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, confident and supported

About the teacher, Denise

Hi, I'm Denise! 👋 If you know me, you know I'm all about high energy, positivity, and reminding myself (and you!) to just breathe. As a passionate yoga teacher with 200-hour training in Embodied Hatha Yoga, I've found my own balance through consistent practice, and now I'm on a mission to help YOU find yours, especially as we navigate the ups and downs of hormonal changes.

What makes me unique? I specialize in yoga for the stages of menopause and love practising what I preach! With my certification in Teaching Yoga for Stages of Menopause, I'm here to create a supportive community where we learn, grow, and become the best versions of ourselves. Expect uplifting classes focused on self-love, self-care, and of course, a whole lot of fun! 🧘‍♀️✨
